Standing for Kaipātiki Local Board & Birkenhead Licensing Trust
I'm standing for Kaipātiki, where I have raised my children, served my local catholic parish, supported families in transitional housing and lead community development. I want to work with others to make Kaipātiki better for generations to come.
My Story
My husband and I have proudly raised our two beautiful children in our community. My career in social services and health has been focused on working with our families and I currently work for De Paul House to find a safe and comfortable accommodation for the homeless.
I have many years of experience in leadership roles for non–profit organisations, schools, North Shore Pāsifika, community and church groups and as a public servant, which I would like to contribute to our Kaipātiki community.
A proud Samoan, I uphold our traditional value that respect and caring are the most important. I believe we need to focus on our future: our families, grandchildren and all those will choose to move to live in Kaipātiki.
I love serving our community, listening and advocating for their needs and I’m ready to work for Kaipātiki.
